If there is a problem with the food you purchased, Pizzeria Viola, at our discretion, may issue a refund.  Food must be returned in its entirety.  Please contact Pizzeria Viola directly by phone to discuss.

Pizzeria Viola does not collect any information other than the information that the user directly provides.  This information, such as name, address, phone number, email address, and payment information is collected through Pizzeria Viola’s online ordering processor.  Pizzeria Viola does not retain any credit card information after payment has been made.  Pizzeria Viola may retain other personal information in our system, such as name, address, phone number, email address, and food order, to better serve our customers in the future.  This includes but is not limited to emailing, mailing, or texting food offers and specials.  If you would like to opt out of future correspondences from Pizzeria Viola, other than those necessary to execute your purchase, please contact Pizzeria Viola by email or mail, Attn: Legal.
